1. SMS Messaging Program

Trident Contracting (“Trident”) operates an SMS/MMS text messaging program. When you opt in, you will receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. Project and service messages may include:

  • Responses to your quote, estimate, or service inquiry
  • Real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
  • Project updates and follow-ups
  • Feedback and review requests after your project

If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional texts such as seasonal offers and service announcements.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, or by giving consent directly to a Trident representative. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or primary user of the phone number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Project and service messages: you can expect approximately 5–10 messages per month, based on your project needs.

Marketing messages (only if you opt in): up to 4 messages per month.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you text STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time or reply START.

7. Privacy of SMS Data

Your phone number and SMS consent are used only to send you the text messages you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver text messages or as required by law. 8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers, such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging is available through most major U.S. mobile carriers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
